The Honolulu Star-Advertiser and Hawaii News Now want your best summer photos! They can be shot at home, at the beach or anywhere in the world. Each day during August, one photo will be featured on Hawaii News Now: Sunrise and StarAdvertiser.com. At the end of the month, judges will select their 1st, 2nd and 3rd place favorite photos. Winners will receive Sony digital cameras.

No purchase necessary to participate. Must be a Hawaii resident, 13 or older. Photos must have been taken this summer and will be accepted online until Aug. 31, 2012. One photo submission per household. Prizes non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions will be made. Winners responsible for all taxes applicable to the value of the prize(s) received. Judges will select their favorites for first-, second- and third-place prizes, and their decision is final.
